Day 91 of 100 - Flywheel Fitness

April 1st.

Life situations and fitness are giant concrete flywheels. It is really hard to move a giant flywheel in the beginning. But with daily action,  inch by inch its gains momentum. After a month of sometimes really difficult labor you can see the wheel picking up momentum. After 3 months is becomes almost fun to see how fast it will go. But this is the part that sucks....

C. S. Lewis talks about it in the "Problem of Pain" and Tony Robbins basically uses it as the foundation for success in "Awaken the Giant Within". USE pain as a teacher, a motivator, and a guide to polish yourself in every aspect of your life.  Let shame and guilt create virtue and let the pain of gluttony produce inspirational fitness. If you feel pain.....small or massive...listen to it. What is it telling you? What are you unwilling to give up that is causing the pain?  This was mine...

4th on the ladder of Maslow's Heirarchy of Needs is Esteem.  Or Self- Esteem, Confidence and Achievement.  This is a video of me earning my achievement badge for the week.  I am humbled and grateful to be a part of teaching the world fitness in basic, simple terms. Now watch me with my shirt off!!
