Q: If I can’t afford the full scale training program, can I schedule 2 workouts a week instead of three to extend my program? A: Yes, you may. Q: What happens if I don’t lose weight? A: You WILL lose weight if you are participating in the program. 99% of our clients have lost weight. Q: How far will you drive to an appointment? A: 40 miles round trip. After that we must charge an additional 50 cents per mile. It may sound like a bit much, but we have to financially cover the time that may be spent with a waiting client. Q: How tough are the workouts? A: They will be intense FOR YOUR level of fitness. Utilizing our evaluation experience, and the POLAR Heart Rate Monitor, we will be able to tell after one workout where you stand physically. However, be sure and understand that you will breathe hard and sweat for most of the 60 minutes. Q: How involved are the trainers in the workouts? A: At David King Fitness we employ a very select group very talented, passionate trainers. Most of our clients are surprised at the attention they receive compared to what they expected. Q: How tough is the diet? A: This will depend on your amount of lean weight, and how much weight you want to lose in a given period of time, but on average, a woman should never eat under 1000 calories, and a man should never drop under 1200.
