Day 64 of 100 - Alice in Wonderland

March 5th.

There are few things that are cooler than seeing a childhood book brought to life at the IMAX.  Watching Alice in Wonderland at the IMAX with my wife at 1pm in the afternoon on a Friday was over the top bad ass! Here is my workout done later on.....

Warm Up and Drills

Jump Rope 3 minutes

3 Rounds of the following:

3 Hand Stand Push Ups, 6 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (50lbs), 12 Pull Ups

100 Push Ups!!

Stretch
