Day 65 of 100 - I am pretty fast

Compared to an Olympian I have rocks in my shoes, but for a dude running 250 meter sprints from light pole to light pole on a Saturday night in his neighborhood, (with no one watching), I am pretty fast. It feels good to get your bounce back. After we turn 30...
Its hard to maintain that athletic exuberance. Not that we are in some drastic unavoidable decline physically, but we just don't break into 250 runs as adults. And if we do... its on a bet, only one time, and we are tremendously sore for 3 days. However, if we take it easy and build up over a few weeks we can get that bounce BACK baby!
Workout:
Warm Up and Drills
Accelerations 40 meters
250 meters runs x 5 at 85% effort.
100 Pushups!!! (I did 10 at the beginning and end of each run)
