Day 67 of 100 - Hardest Day So Far

March 8th.

Good Golly Miss Molly.  I woke up with a stomach flu or mild food poisoning this morning.  It was difficult to even put one foot in front of the other. That is so weird to feel like you are drained of life force. I mean like right out of nowhere...

but...after sleeping and moaning most of the day I did my 30 minute workout, and because I promised, went with my wife to see the John Mayer concert...Bless her heart she suggested we leave after half of it.

They say if its too loud you are too old...well... I needed ear plugs man.

Workout:

I did 15 push ups every 5 minutes until I hit 100.

Warm Up and Drills

Light Shoulder Presses and Bicep curls x 5

Stretching
