Day 95 of 100 - Inspired to New Heights

April 5th.

I am vigorously working on making the 10 in 21 Challenge the most amazing thing the participants have ever seen to teach fitness and improve life.  I am STOKED about how much fun this going to be!

Workout:

Warm Up and Drills

5 sets of Max effort on the Row Machine, 250 meters each set with 2 minutes rest in between

100 Push Ups!!
