Day 96 of 100 - Rowing practice paid off!

April 6th.

Yesterday I practiced rowing and today we had 1000 meter row in the Crossfit workout!  BAM said the universe. We Reap what we Sew. Always, everyday, its like a law of spiritual physics.

Workout:

Warm up and Drills

1000 meter row, 50 Overhead squats (75lbs bar), and 30 chest burpees

100 Push Ups!

Stretching
