DK's Monthly Challenge
Accountablity is the secret to success!!!
Here is how the game is played:
There are only 3 RULES.
Rule 1 - Choose an activity you would like perform everyday for a month.
February's Encouraged Activity: Logging your Food on My Fitness Pal and exercising at least 10 minutes a day.
Other Examples include...
- Eat from a set list of foods
- Exercise at least 20 minutes a day
- Run or walk at least 2 miles a day (or 1 mile or 3 miles)
- 100 push ups a day
- 100 situps a day
- No Alcohol
- No Bread
- No Dessert
- No Dairy
- Track your money spent everyday
- Mediate for 10 minutes a day
- Or choose your own activity
- Just choose something that will be of maximum benefit to you on a daily basis
Rule 2 - Text or email me the word "done" EVERY DAY. (or some other agreed upon method like My Fitness Pal)
Rule 3 - You get 3 strikes and you are out. (A strike is defined as not doing your daily activity)
How is it enforced? Honor Code.
Each week I will be sending encouraging emails along with reports on how many people began the challenge and how many still remain. I will forward any questions from all competitors and support the contestants anyway I can.
My goal is to have everyone who starts the challenge to finish the challenge.
