If you would like to move forward with a free In-Home Consultation to meet your prospective Fitness Coach contact us with the following information:

- a primary and a secondary workout time
- current age, height, clothes size, and weight
- any physical limitations
Program Includes:
-Orientation (2 hour 1st session to measure body fat, set goals, and give our fitness tools tutorials) Counts as first workout in the initial month.
-Polar Heart Rate Monitor with tutorial at Orientation.
-Handbook (Goal Setting, Science of Calories, Sound Judgement, Nutritional suggestions, 10 Keys to Success...plus more).
-Motivational but honest feedback via email on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to create a diplomatically encouraging "Big Brother" effect on the client.
- Chosen # of workouts (4,6,8,10, or 12 to be completed by the end of the calendar month.) We will schedule the sessions in advance to ensure completion. Additional workouts can be purchased later in the month if the client would like them.
- Remeasure at the beginning of each month to ensure appropriate direction and make any adjustments if necessary.
- 5-Star customer service. We promise to provide the most extraordinary personal training experience you have ever had.
Short Term Results:
We usually achieve 3% body fat loss over a 30 day period. (Typically between 6 and 12 lbs of fat, depending on your starting point and level of commitment.)
Reference Point for Men: 22% is Overfat, 18% is healthy, 12% is fit, 6% is athletic (or showing abs).
Reference Point for Women: 32% is Overfat, 25% is healthy, 18% is fit, 15% is athletic (or super flat tummy.)
Long Term Results:
The practice of logging your food and exercise coupled with the constant feedback from your coach will permanently "melt your brain" back to fitness sanity.
It will teach you not to be perfect, but how to mix and match your foods in real life in real situations to maintain your body fat.
Once you know the TRUTH about your body and exactly how it responds to easily manageable nutrition and exercise one cannot rely on previous delusions such as being too difficult or getting too old.

Notes:
-The training is mostly done by David's excellent prodigys. They receive extensive training to perform the program EXACTLY as he would. David is copied on all communication with our clients to ensure 5 Star customer service and results.
-We sometimes offer a more economical program. When a new DKF coach is within their 30 hours of required program training with David there is a 40% discount to work with that coach. The service will still likely be better than anything your have experienced before. Please inquire about availability if this option appeals to you.
-David still trains clients, but he likes to caution prospective clients that he is twice as expensive and half as patient as his prodigys. He requires complete and total commitment to all requests and program practices. Please contact us to set up an initial meeting.
