- Carbs: So many people struggle to know which carbs they need to be eating, and which ones to avoid. I’ve got your back!
- Ketosis: This one catches a lot of people out and they get pretty freaked by it. In fact, it’s a totally natural biological process that your body needs. It’s also a killer tool for losing weight healthily and safely. I’ll explain more in this episode.
