Sarah gets really real with us all about how she used to be controlled by her damaging behaviours, such as drinking ‘for no reason’ when she got home at night.
Sarah used some of the principles I’ll talk about in this episode to quit drinking unnecessarily. She has re-gained control over the things that she thought were controlling her.
