Long Term Fitness Is Possible (And Easier Than You Think)
I used to be shocked by the amount of myths there were surrounding weight loss and dieting for long term fitness.
Nothing much surprises me any more (apart from the really batshit crazy stuff). The fact is that long term fitness isn’t this ethereal, unreachable goal that only the models on Instagram get to have.
It’s something abundantly real, if only you stopped listening to all the nonsense that is out there in the fitness world.
