‘What? Being A Food Addict Is Suddenly Good For Me Now?’
I know. It sounds confusing, doesn’t it? I’ve talked (a lot) about being a food addict and how difficult that makes your weight loss journey.
But the fact is that being a food addict (on a small scale) can actually be used to make your weight loss journey much better (and even easier).
Did you notice the key part of that last sentence? It’s the part where I said that you need to do it ‘on a small scale’.
It’s no good being a crazy sugar and carb addicted mess and hoping that you’ll make it anyway. That’s never gonna happen.
And this isn’t about moderation either. If that worked for most people, it would have already worked.
Tune in to today’s episode and discover why your food addiction could be a great thing for your diet and weight loss.
