‘Loving Yourself’ Isn’t Just For The Motivational Speakers
When it comes to long term fitness, it’s never just about the weight loss or your health. It’s always about the mindset you have during your fitness journey.
The most important thing you MUST do is to get your mind right.
Think of it this way: You can never really fall in love with someone and allow them to love you, if you don’t have at least some self respect and self love.
The same is true when it comes to weight loss: You have to care enough for yourself to get up each day and put in the work to get fitter. If you don’t care for yourself, then you’re never going to feel motivated to work out or eat right.
