Weight Loss vs Performance: The Food Element
Eating for weight loss vs eating for performance is a very different experience.
When you’re training your body, it seems obvious to most people that training to lose weight would require different exercise to training for performance.
So why don’t we apply the same logic to what we eat?
It makes sense, right?
If you’re going to lose weight then you need to eat in a certain way that helps with that process. Eating complex carbs after working out isn’t for you if you’re trying to lose weight.
You’ve got to get the food and nutrition bit right if you’re going to lose weight or increase performance.
