What are David King’s qualifications?
If you want the socially acceptable answers I hold a Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, am a certified Level 1 Crossfit trainer, and a two-time NAIA decathlon finalist.
However, I’ve been doing this for over a decade, so I’ve picked up a thing or two along the way.
10,000+ hours of how to get folks to shed body fat long term in the face of a million real life challenges is what I would bank on. Not what somebody is regurgitating from a textbook, bless their little hearts.
Do David King’s programs work for everyone?
I know I can help you lose weight, get healthy, and feel better, no matter who you are. But it takes commitment on your part too! If you’re just dipping your toe in the water, we won’t get very far. But if you’re ready to jump in with both feet, you and I will make the magic happen!
It’s a good idea to consult with your doctor, though, before starting a program like this, especially if you have an illness or injury.
How is David King different from other fitness coaches?
I’m not the only guy who knows how to help you lose weight. You could even find a hundred other trainers in Austin who do it! But what sets me apart is the ability to actually keep you on the program! This whole thing works because it’s designed not just to help you lose weight, but to keep you from falling off before you get a chance to complete the program!

Rumor has it I’ve got a time machine hidden in my garage, but that’s just crazy talk…
Seriously, technology allows me to be more intimately involved with a hundred people in 2015 than I could a dozen people in 2004. I don’t have a camera in your house (yet), but I can monitor your fitness in ways that might scare you if I were not committed to use technology for good and not evil.
What if I’m not satisfied with my results?
Some clients don’t think the results come fast enough in the first 21 days. Even when I am employing the fastest scientific methods, pushing the limits of people’s sanity, and getting them to lose 19lbs in 3 weeks they always think it should be more.
It’s just how warped our minds are by sensational media marketing. However, when they fit comfortably in a pair of jeans they couldn’t even zip 21 days before they quickly get over it.
Others are blown away by what they can accomplish in a hundred days with commitment and consistency!
But either way, if you’re not entirely satisfied at the end, and can honestly say my programs didn’t help you, I’ll refund every last penny.
